MAP Consulting for Social Development is a Croatia-based international consulting company.
MAP's services are offered, on a contractual basis, to social development organizations, including national and local public and private sector bodies.
MAP's expertise covers gender issues, civil society and community development, good governace and CSR , primarily in the post-Yugoslav countries and Central and Eastern Europe.
MAP's commitment is to holistic organizational interventions that enhance learning and development. MAP's approach, tailored to specific client needs, is based on an interactive MAPping of concepts, practices and opportunities for change.
Why MAP?
The name, as an acronym, contains our long-term goals and values that determine the company's business strategy. MAP intends to:
Motivate its clients and associates to promote complex,
non-hierarchical and locally appropriate approaches to social development,
which promote social justice, participation and diversity.
Accumulate experiences which contribute to
mutual learning, a consolidation of critical practice and promote cutting-edge
approaches. Produce a level of resources and surplus, which allows for re-investment,
cross-subsidization and financial independence, ensuring the continuation
of these commitments and experiences.
We guide our clients in the direction

Organizational structure MAP was founded in March 2003 as a private
company. Since July 2007 MAP' s sole owner is Marina Škrabalo. The core
team also includes senior consultant Nives Miošic-Lisjak, M.A and junior
consultant Anka Kekez, while specific projects are conducted in collaboration
with highly experienced associates, with expertise in specific fields. MAP's
income primarily derives from time-limited, contract-based, intellectual
services. We guarantee that all our clients will receive a service in line
with their needs and specific organisationsal culture, thanks to a variety
of services and a wide spectrum of specialized associates as well as professional
